Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store are available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a handmade garment that will be crafted specifically for you.

How Pre-Orders Work

• Pre-ordered items are made to order and typically take 7-14 days to complete
• Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering
• Once your order is placed, production begins on your custom-made piece

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before production is completed. Once your item has been finished and shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange according to our returns policy.
